Take the Mercier Bridge, stay in left lane follow the signs for Hwy 132 Est (Laprairie). Just after the railway crossing turn right onto Hwy 730 to get to Hwy 30. Take Hwy 30 East in the direction of SOREL/QUEBEC City. Exit to Hwy 15 Sud (New York 87),from Highway 15 South take EXIT 29 Saint Jacques-le-Mineur (Follow the DETOUR SIGN TO St. PHILIPPE). Turn Left Cross over Hwy 15, turn right to Hwy 15 North , Take EXIT 38 St. Philippe and turn left (head East) at the stop sign. From Quebec City (the most direct way): Take Hwy 20 Ouest(West) to Hwy 30 Ouest(West), take Exit 98 S to Hwy 15 Sud(South),from Highway 15 South take EXIT 29 Saint Jacques-le-Mineur (Follow the DETOUR SIGN TO St. PHILIPPE).
