Reservation Policy for Rv and Tent Sites
Reservation Guarantee Deposit on a Credit card (VISA or Mastercard) is required to quarantee your reservation.
The deposit to be charged to your credit card when you reserve and credited at the time you register.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund:
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must notify Montreal South KOA
by 4 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made within two days of arrival will require a non-refundable deposit.

Reservation Policy for KOA Kabins
Reservation requires a Guarantee Deposit (Visa or MC) for each nite .
Kabin Reservation cancellation require a notification seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Charges:
A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline.
Cancellations after deadline or, No Show will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
